As per guidelines issued by CBSE vide
circular No. 13 dated March
15, 2007 regarding
Sahodaya, following schools joined Sahodaya School complex of Fatehabad
district created in January 2021.

The first
meeting of Sahodaya School Complex, Fatehabad was organised on January 11,2021
at 11.00 am by the initiative taken by Mrs. Sunita Madaan on virtual platform
due to Covid19. Following representatives from 15 schools were present:

The meeting
started with the welcome of members and introduction of aims of Sahodaya School
Complex. The members were informed that as per CBSE guidelines , a governing
body is to be constituted for smooth working of Sahodaya. The meeting was,
therefore, convened to elect the Governing body of Sahodaya. The following
members were elected unanimously for various positions:

General
Secretary: Dr. Manju Mehta, Principal, Apex

Treasurer: Mr. Gagandeep Singh, Principal, Guru Nanak Sr.

It was decided in meeting that bye-laws will
be prepared for smooth functioning of Sahodaya by the Governing body by taking
suggestions from all members. It was also decided that annual calendar for
Sahodaya activities will be prepared for the session 2021-22 in next meeting of
Sahodaya on second Saturday of February.
The meeting ended with vote of thanks to all
the participants by President on behalf of newly elected Governing body.
